We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a strong interest in test tooling and ways of working. This role combines traditional test management responsibilities with ownership and continuous development of our Focused Build Test Suite. The successful candidate will act as a key enabler for projects and users, safeguarding our test strategy while driving improvements in both processes and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Focused Build Test Suite, including configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Support daily users of the Test Suite tool, including troubleshooting and guidance
• Be responsible for tool enhancements and developments, consolidating input and requirements from users and projects
• Develop, update, and maintain training and support material related to testing and the Test Suite tool
• Plan and conduct training sessions for users and project teams when required
• Guard and continuously develop our Test Strategy and Test Way of Working, ensuring consistency and quality across initiatives
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and projects to ensure testing is aligned with overall delivery goals
• Contribute to the evolution of test processes and tools in line with organizational needs and best practices

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in Test Management
• Proven experience leading testing activities in larger projects
• Hands-on experience using Focused Build Test Suite as a primary test management tool
• Strong interest in test tools and test process optimization — not only management
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge, with understanding of business processes on a high level
  • Industry background can be industrial, retail, or other domains
• Experience providing user support for test tools and systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and guide users
• Structured, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge or experience with SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience contributing to or driving tool and process development initiatives
• Background in test strategy definition and governance
