We are looking forward to hire Marketing Professionals in the following areas :
Experience: 3–4 years in IT services Marketing not the retail marketing experience.
The Junior Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role works closely with senior marketing leadership, sales teams, and external partners to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and strengthen brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including content, timelines, and approvals
- Assist in launching product, service, or brand initiatives
Content & Communications
- Contribute to the creation and review of marketing content such as website copy, blogs, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Identify insights and recommend improvements based on data
Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and account teams to align marketing activities to business priorities
- Support lead generation, sales enablement materials, and customer communication initiatives
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Assist in updating buyer personas, positioning, and messaging frameworks
Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content partners as needed
- Manage marketing assets, documentation, and campaign calendars
Required Qualifications
- MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a marketing role
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience in marketing automation platforms, social media platforms like Linked In sales Navigator etc.
- Experience in leveraging the marketing data base like ZoomInfo, DBS and others to drive the prospects engagements.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in handling the analyst relations and drive the relationship with analysts like Gartner, Everest and ISG etc.
