Consultant - E-learning Development Job

We are looking forward to hire E-learning Development Professionals in the following areas :

• An experienced Technology Lead specializing in eLearning and client relationship management.
• Leverage technology effectively to support business goals.
• Led the development of a framework of policies, processes, and technologies for Identity Access Management.
• Maintain regular communication and established strong relationships with clients.
• Resolve tickets & incidents ASAP. 
• Manage eLearning, Adobe Sign, Skillsoft, and Intralinks systems.
• Develop and manage e-learning platforms and training programs, designing course content, interactive modules, and assessments to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate the implement e-learning solutions, delivering comprehensive cloud training to employees and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for e-learning platforms, ensuring smooth user experience and addressing technical challenges.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.
• Regularly check to make sure everything followed company rules and industry standards.
• Create and built interactive eLearning courses using iSpring Suite with multiple versions.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials.
• Create assessments (quizzes) and surveys, uploading them to the class.
• Generate reports from STATZEN & Skillsoft according to stakeholder requirements (scheduled or non-scheduled).
• Took end-to-end responsibility for the administration and coordination of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Identify areas of improvement in service delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery.
• Develop and implement training programs for new service delivery coordinators.
• Manage systems, provide excellent technical support, ensure compliance with industry standards, and built strong client relationships.
• Ability to look after SLA ensuring timely closure of priority tickets and implementing changes.
• Expertise in reporting by Queries & Info types. Should have expertise in integrations with other modules
• Good understanding of different integration technologies and standards (IDoc, BAPI, BADI, etc.)
• Must be proficient in handling Issues/ troubleshooting / support functions.
• Should have experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP.
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager etc.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ready to work in 24 x 5 support environment.
