Job Description
Perform as an individual contributor with complete accountability for assigned tasks.
Mentor Junior consultants in the team and provide assistance in case needed.
Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
Participate and Contribute to internal training activities for upskilling of self and others
Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
Resolve complex technical issues and manage critical/complex situations.
Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organization guidelines.
Participate in testing activities along with functional counterparts and provide quick resolutions.
Coordinate with the functional team for requirement gathering/understanding and to convert functionalspecifications to technical specifications.
Must have experience in Support and Rollout Projects. Experience in E2E implementation would be anadded advantage.
Adherence to the SLAs in case of support project.
Adherence to Project standards and timelines in case of implementation/rollout.
Flexible to travel as per the Business requirement.
Flexible to work in different shifts as per the project requirement.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
experience in managing and implementing the Consolidation Projects on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• Consolidation Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for Group and its subsidiaries.
• Good understanding on IFRS & local GAAP accounting standards.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the group reportingsystem accordingly.
• Strong configuration hands on experience along with sound functional knowledge in performing the legalconsolidation.
• Manage the process for consolidating the submissions entities across the Group to produce a single set ofconsolidated financial results for the Group.
• Assist in the mentoring and development of graduates within the Group Financial team.
Skills / Experience Requirements:
• SAP Consolidation experience is must. The candidate must have experience in Group Reporting for 2Projects
• Knowledge/Hands on experience for configuring various objects in SAP FICO (at least one project)
• Ability to configure SAP S / 4 HANA Group Reporting on premise / cloud and deliver work products / packagesmeeting the client's standards and requirements.
• Experience in configuring /defining the Following in the S / 4 HANA Group
Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications
Reporting module:
• Managing end to end Group reporting implementation projects and team for generating and review ofmonthly, quarterly, half-yearly- and year-end consolidation figures.
• Experience with a large and complex IFRS consolidation process and assist in producing the consolidatedfinancial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Consolidation of business unit performance reporting and production of periodic management reporting onActuals, budgets and forecasts
• Create and improve financial reporting which are used for validating and analysing reported figures and makeprocess improvement suggestions where applicable.
• Analyse reported figures and discuss/follow-up with the respective regional financial manager or controllerFull
• Consult on technical (IFRS) questions coming from reporting units.
• Customization and mapping of Financial statement item with G/L
• Assist on Integration of Group reporting with the S/4 Hana applications and providing the needed suggestionand expertise on scope and limitations.
• Integration experience of SAP Group Reporting with SAP FICO on S/4 HANA
• Set up of Attributes, Breakdown Categories, Sub item & sub item categories
• Set up of hierarchies for FS item, consolidation units/groups and other dimensions.
• Configuration of Balance carry forwards and Currency translation methods
• Experience in configuring inter-unit eliminations/reclassification and Manual eliminations.
• Purchase / Equity Methods of Consolidation
• Able to set up Data monitor and Consolidation monitor
• Experience in “activity-based” consolidation of investments.
• Experience in handling new acquisitions, divestures or any changes to the consolidation group.
