Job Description:

Key Skills:

• 3-5 years of SAP PP experience, including hands-on configuration in core PP processes.
• Strong experience at below areas of Core SAP PP Functional Skills:
• Master Data
• Material Master (MRP, production views).
• Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Work Centres & Resources.
• Routings & Production Versions.
• Production Planning Processes
• Make-to-Stock (MTS).
• Make-to-Order (MTO).
• Engineer-to-Order (ETO) 
• Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP).
• Shop Floor Execution.
• Experience with integration points between SAP PP/QM , MM, SD and FI/CO.
• Well versed with manufacturing process of Discrete, Repetitive and Process Industries and MTO, MTS methods.
• Thorough knowledge on respective Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centre, Recipe etc).
• Support production planning, capacity management, shop floor execution, and batch management processes.
• Manage Production Orders
• Monitor Work Centre Schedules
• Expert in writing functional specifications, Functional testing & UAT
• Well versed in driving user trainings and workshops

Nice to have Skills:

• QM Knowledge or experience is value added
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SD processes.
