We are looking forward to hire COBOL Professionals in the following areas :
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of knowledge for AS400 legacy systems and modernization processes.Review and validate documents generated by the UI tool for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with business rules.Collaborate with, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.Ensure that modernization outputs maintain functional parity with existing AS400 applications.Provide feedback and recommendations for improving documentation standards and processes.Assist in mapping legacy workflows to modernized UI components.Support testing teams by clarifying functional logic and expected outcomes.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for team members on AS400 processes and modernization best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong expertise in AS400 systems, including RPG, CL, and DB2.Experience in modernization projects (UI/UX transformation, migration tools, etc.).Ability to interpret and validate technical and functional documentation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
