Exprience - 5-10 Years

Role - 

SAP HR ABAP Consultant to designs, develops, and maintains technical solutions within SAP Human Capital Management. Responsibilities include coding reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW), customizing Infotypes, and collaborating with functional consultants for implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Create reports, complex interfaces (ALE/IDocs, BAPIs), and forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms) specifically for HR processes.
• Enhancements: Implement BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Frameworks to customize PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management).
• Data Management: Develop tools for infotype maintenance, custom infotype creation, and mass data uploading.
• Support & Testing: Provide technical troubleshooting, debugging (using \se38, \se80), performance tuning, and documentation.
