Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workflow Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting workflow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, building workflow automation, integrating systems, and ensuring smooth operations across modules.


Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business process requirements and design end-to-end workflow solutions.
• Develop, configure, and implement workflow applications (SAP Workflow / ServiceNow / Other tools as per project).
• Handle workflow administration, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate workflow with other applications.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot workflow-related issues, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into efficient workflow solutions.

Required Skills
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in workflow design and implementation.
• Strong expertise in workflow tools (e.g., SAP Business Workflow, ServiceNow Workflow, BPM, or similar).
• Proficiency in ABAP / scripting / automation tools (if SAP workflow).
• Experience in workflow error handling, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of integration with other systems/modules.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have
• Exposure to Fiori / UI5 applications with workflow integration.
• Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
