Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in SAP HCM modules; at least 2 years in a functional lead role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and PCRs; experience with SAP HCM reporting and interfaces.
• Global Exposure: Experience in supporting payroll, time management, ESS, and MSS for global geographies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM.
