- System Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits) based on business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current HR processes and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and provide functional support for HR systems, including payroll schema evaluation.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create functional specifications, technical documentation, and user manuals for configurations.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other systems (e.g., Finance, Time & Attendance, third-party HR systems).
- Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR business processes, especially in Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SAP HCM modules, ABAP (for debugging), and interface management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
