SAP PP – Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Production Planning, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, support, and solution design across manufacturing environments, along with proficiency in capacity planning, costing, and order-based planning scenarios.

 

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning (PP)

  • Strong knowledge of MTS (Make-to-Stock) and MTO (Make-to-Order) processes, including Sales Order–based production and WBS-based production scenarios.
  • Manage MRP execution, planning strategies
  • Manage Capacity Planning, including capacity evaluation, load leveling, finite/infinite scheduling, capacity leveling.
  • Manage production shopfloor execution scenarios along with subcontracting, rework process.
  • Support PP-related master data (Material Master, Work Centers, Bill of Materials, Routing).
  • Troubleshoot day to day PP issues, impact analysis.
  • Manage process enhancement as per business requirement. Documents design and Functional specifications.
  • Strong understanding of SAP PP module functionalities and integrations with other modules.
