We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your advanced analytical and technical expertise to solve complex business problems and drive impactful data-driven decisions. You will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models, conduct in-depth data analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Agile framework for project management methodologies and demonstrated strong abilities in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Identify and merge data sources to provide a safe source for reporting
• Train and validate predictive models using a range of Machine Learning algorithms to support targeted customer
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
• Ability to clearly communicate vision and complex technical ideas, data science initiatives and insights to all levels of users within the organization
• Create user-friendly tools to enable data-driven decisions by leadership.
• Expert programming experience in Python
• Experience with cloud
• Experience with solution integration or solution architecture practices, IT operations, & data governance
• Experience with Data mapping, integration, and transformation to a data warehouse
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deploy data science models into production and monitor their performance
• Perform data related tasks which could include data analysis, data quality, user access management, and troubleshooting of data issues
• Experience in data modelling principles/methods including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Familiarity with DevOps systems, such as GitLab
• Broad experience building different types of advanced analytic solutions, including some of the following: time series analysis, cluster analysis, tree-based algorithms, generalized linear models, or neural networks.
• Support the building of tools to automate data collection and model multidimensional datasets

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, and embeddings.
• Strong background in classification, regression, clustering, and NLP.
• Knowledge of AWS and DevOps (Docker, Git).
• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake for ETL processes.
• Experience with AWS for cloud-based solutions.
• Strong data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Qualification:

4-year degree from an accredited college or university & 6-9 years of Data Science related business insights and visualization experience

OR

Master’s degree & 4-6 years of business insights and visualization experience

OR

PhD & 1-3 years of business insights and visualization experience
