Customer Growth Partner – Account Management
ABOUT THE ROLE
YASH Technologies is seeking a Customer Growth Partner (CGP) to join our global Business Development organization. In this role, you will serve as a strategic enabler bridging Research, Account management and Delivery coordination to help our teams identify new opportunities, retain and grow existing clients, and maintain excellence across markets.
This is a dynamic, high-visibility position suited to an adaptable professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Depending on market needs, you may support new business initiatives through competitive intelligence and account research or manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure strong client relationships and delivery outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Market & Account Growth Acceleration
- Conduct account research and competitive landscape analysis to support account mining, strategic planning, and new market penetration.
- Develop account briefs and intelligence reports that equip Business Development Leaders and Client Partners with actionable insights.
- Collaborate on target industry mapping and identify partnership opportunities to fuel market growth.
Account & Delivery Alignment
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring relationship continuity, governance adherence, and high client satisfaction.
- Interface with Service Lines and Delivery teams to track milestones, surface risks, and provide Client Partners with timely visibility for decisions and client conversations.
- Monitor contract renewals, delivery SLAs, and risk flags, proactively escalating issues as needed.
Sales Operations & Execution Orchestration
- Maintain CRM accuracy across pipelines, contacts, and opportunities ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
- Track pursuits and client discussions, supporting execution discipline for Business Development Leaders and Client Partners.
- Prepare dashboards, account plans, and governance reports to support market-level decision-making.
- Coordinate proposal logistics with Service Line teams to ensure timely submissions and process compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of post-MBA experience in business development, client management, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and strong data management discipline.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree required.
