Role Overview

The Presentation Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling and strategically aligned presentations that effectively communicate key messages. This role blends design expertise with storytelling skills to support Inside-sales and extends to other departments when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content goals and target audience
• Translate complex data and ideas into clear, engaging visuals and narratives
• Ensure brand consistency across all presentation materialsCreate custom graphics, charts and infographics to support storytelling

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides)Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Excellent visual storytelling and layout design abilities. Ability to simplify complex informationStrong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience in presentation design or visual communication.

Preferred Experience:

• Working with executive teams or in corporate environments
• Familiarity with tools like Excel
• Experience in branding and marketing communications will be considered an added advantage.
