Candidate should have worked on min. 2 implementation on SAPS/4HANA Public Cloud                
Minimum 3-5yrs yrs. of Relevant Experience In GROW With SAP                
Should have Excellent communication skills                
SAP PS expertise and understand Insurance business environment mapped to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Best Practices/ Working Knowledge of CBC, CALM and Test Automation Tool, WalkMe Tool                
"Should be able to provide solutions on business requirements
The Resource MUST we be Open To Travel as per the Project Demands and Must be willing to Work From Office atleast 3 days per Week, Hyderabad to be the base Work Location"                
"1. Core S/4HANA PS Skills
Lead the SAP PS workstream during SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
Facilitate customer-facing Fit-to-Standard (FTS) workshops.
Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP Public Cloud best practices.
Design end-to-end Project System solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles.
Configure and implement: 
o    Project Structures (WBS)
o    Project Planning
o    Project Budgeting
o    Cost Planning
o    Revenue Recognition (where applicable)
o    Time Confirmation
o    Resource Planning
o    Project Procurement
o    Project Settlement
2. S/4HANA Public Cloud–Specific Skills
Spearhead the Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Ability to guide business users on standard SAP best practices and handle requirement mapping.
Configuration: Using SSCUIs (Self-Service Configuration UIs) for setup instead of SPRO customizing.
Extensibility: Knowledge of in-app extensibility (custom fields, forms, workflows).
Integration: Awareness of BTP Integration Suite
Integration with FICO, MM, SD, and Concur

3. Data Migration & Reporting & Tools
Experience with Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC/Fiori app) for master data (GL, vendors, customers, assets).
Reporting tools:
Fiori financial reports.
Embedded Analytics (CDS views).
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for advanced reporting.
Experience in CBC, CALM, TAT & Walk Me

5. Soft Skills.
Strong business process understanding: ability to explain system-driven PS processes
Stakeholder management: working with  Functional executives and non-finance teams (manufacturing, supply chain).
Change management: easing adoption of best practices, since heavy customizations are not possible.
Analytical mindset: map business KPIs to SAP reporting (profitability, cash flow, working capital).---
Build and maintain a reusable Global Template for International Rollouts,
Mentor Consultants and provide Governance throughout the Project Life Cycle

6. Cross-Functional & Integration Skills.
FI-MM Integration: GR/IR, inventory valuation, vendor payments.
FI-SD Integration: revenue recognition, billing, AR.
FI-CO Integration: production order settlement, variance postings.
Integration With Concur, Multi Country Deployments, Multi Currency Operations,Tax and Statutory Localization Requirements"                
Candidate should be comfortable to work on international time zones and odd working hours                
Should work independently and help other team members as needed                
Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards                
Participate in daily team meetings to update and track the status and progress of tasks.                
Work closely with other module consultants and work closely on the Integration challenges                
Knowledge on timesheet and cost booking using timesheet is added advantage                
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
