We are looking forward to hire IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Professionals in the following areas :
Job Description:
- 5 to 7 years of expereince in EDI Areas.
- Experience in requirements gathering, design, mapping, and development of new maps and components for B2B integration
- Configure, test, and deploy B2B and EDI transactions, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure efficient data flow and resolve any issues promptly
- Good working knowledge on Technologies like Boomi, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator etc
- Knowledge on EDI standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot EDI transactions and technical issues independently
- Experience in testing end to end with customer/trading partner and backend systems.
- Excellent experience working directly with customers.
- Good understanding of EDI transactions for Retail, Logistics & Warehouse Transactions (Retail/Logistics will be an added advantage)
- Experience in ITX/ITXA/WTX design studio & lightwell framework & MFT (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in mapping, CSV, IDOC, flat files, XML, JSON, etc
- SFTP and AS2 hands-on experience in creating all setups (from scratch and not only supporting)
- Provide support across application-to-application and business-to-business integration technologies.
- Manage relationships with trading partner EDI coordinators to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Understand project scope, timelines, and delivery schedules, work with internal teams and external partners. Monitor daily integration processes and resolve errors timely.
- Provide guidance to the managed services partner on EDI mapping specifications.
- Prepare functional specifications, test plans, user documentation, technical integration documentation, and control plans.
- Prepare and execute integration test plans, ensuring robust test environments and accurate simulated EDI test data.
- Coordinate and execute testing activities with the managed services partner.
- Build basic knowledge of API technologies and propose API-based approaches for suppliers and customers to enable secure, real-time data exchange.
- Lead Future State solution design based on customer requirements
- Contribute toward development of tools, methodologies, and presentations for Implementation
- Hands on experience on ITSM Tools
- Provide support to customer account team during Go-live
- Provide support as necessary to Business Development Team
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience with Retail and Logistics industry standards.
- Strong knowledge and experience on JSON, XML, EDIFACT and X12 standards
- Good working knowledge on Technologies like Boomi, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator etc.
- Work experience in requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Experience in handling migration and onboarding of customers.
- Strong communication skills: strong listener with exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to tell the story and connect to your audience
QUALIFICATIONS Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
Preferred:
- Ability to organize, design, develop and deliver projects for internal and external audiences at all levels
- Prior experience working with customers, vendors, or carriers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levels
- Experience working and thriving in a continuous improvement environment
- Experience with lean processes and tools such as value stream mapping, A3 project management, visual management, Pareto Analysis and fishbone diagrams
- Experience working directly with customers
- Flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint & Project
- Travel on need basis
