Module Lead - SSIS Job

The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.

You are required to have skills in the following areas: 

• Should have 5 to 8 yrs of experience in SSIS, and SQL.

• ETL - Should be proficient in MS SSIS

• Should be an expert in writing stored procedures, functions, and inline SQL Queries using T-SQL

• Should have at least 5 years of experience working with SSIS & SQL Development

• Should have good hands-on experience working with SQL Server 2008,2012,2016

• Should have expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite - SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS

Responsibilities: 

• Create, maintain, and optimize stored procedures, functions, inline SQL, database structures, and ETL processes to adapt to changes in needs and requirements

• Develop a strong business and technical understanding of services and database design

• Work with clients to understand business requirements and ensure the required business functionality of each data element is met

• Interpret and analyze multi-dimensional medical, provider, pharmacy claims data as well as enrollment data to accurately assess and demonstrate key insights into key trends and opportunities

• Handle new implementation, changes to existing layouts/data load code, automation development, performance optimization and database maintenance like indexing and fragmentation

• Review the work of other team members for accuracy, adherence to standards, optimization

• Hands on experience in Agile methodology
