Job Description

  • Product Leadership - Able to own Product Vision & Product Roadmap

  • Experience in API/Integration or Outsystems would be preferable

  • Gather and analyze customer and market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product development.

  • Develop and prioritize product requirements, features, and user stories based on customer needs and business goals.

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap to communicate the product vision, priorities, and timeline to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to ensure product development is aligned with business goals and customer needs.

  • Define and measure key performance metrics to track product success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders including executives, customers, and team members to ensure alignment and gather feedback.

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of features and functionality.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and development.

  • Efficiency in stakeholder management

Required Technical Competencies

Product Development:

  • Good knowledge of Product development concepts and framework.
  • Able to lead the development of small features and has a good understanding of the product development process.

User Research:

  • Good understanding of user research practices.
  • Able to plan and execute user research studies independently.
  • Able to synthesize research findings into actionable insights.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of technical concepts and tools.
  • Able to work with engineers to design and develop product features.
  • Able to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Agile Development:

  • Good understanding of Agile development principles.
  • Able to effectively use Agile methodologies to deliver products.
  • Able to lead an Agile development team, and 

Product roadmap planning:

  • Good knowledge of Product roadmap concepts and technique.
  • Creates and manages a product roadmap that aligns with the product strategy and communicates key milestones and deliverables.

Product strategy:

  • Understands basic product strategy concepts.
  • Able to articulate the company's overall product vision and goals.
