Development & Customization: Design and develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects using Object-Oriented ABAP.S/4HANA Modernization: Build CDS Views, OData services, and AMDP for high-performance applications in SAP S/4HANA environments.Fiori/UI5: Develop and customize Fiori apps and UI5 applications to enhance user experience.Integration: Implement complex interfaces using IDOCs, Proxies, and REST/SOAP Web Services.Technical Design: Convert functional specifications into detailed technical designs and code.Performance Tuning: Perform deep debugging, code analysis, and performance optimization of SAP applications.Cloud Development: Work on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) developments (optional but preferred).Mentorship: Guide junior team members on technical aspects, best practices, and code reviews.Maintenance & Support: Support production environments (AMS) with a strong understanding of SLA frameworks. Required Skills and ExperienceExperience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.Core Skills: Strong proficiency in OO ABAP, BAdIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework.Modern ABAP: Expert knowledge of ABAP on HANA (CDS, AMDP) and OData services.Implementation: Experience with at least 1-2 Full Life Cycle implementations in S/4HANA.Forms/Reports: Expertise in Adobe Forms, Smartforms, and ALV reports.Tools: Proficient in ADT (ABAP Development Tools) in Eclipse. Desired (Good to Have) SkillsKnowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).Experience with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).Functional knowledge in Modules like SD, MM, or FICO.
