• Experience: Generally 3–9 years of SAP ABAP HR development experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong Proficiency in ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HR-specific reporting.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes, specifically Time Management and Payroll.
• Implementation Experience: 2+ end-to-end implementations as an HR ABAP developer.
• Environment: Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
