• Lead and oversee SAP FICO projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline constraints.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams, offering technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design SAP FICO solutions that meet business needs.
• Configure, customize, and optimize SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements and industry standards.
• Drive the implementation of the Document Split process within SAP FICO, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of SAP FICO solutions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation to end-users, enabling smooth transition and adoption of new SAP FICO functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO systems, resolving issues and addressing user queries in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of SAP FICO trends, updates, and innovations, evaluating their potential impact on existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Business Operations, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall business performance.
• Lead SAP FICO Month End Activities.
