SAP GRC AM Consultant Job

We are looking forward to hire SAP GRC Professionals in the following areas :

6-8 years exp in IAG  and 2-3  implementation experience is mandatory

Define Organizational Structure:Configure the organizational units, business areas, and other relevant structures within SAP GRC Audit Management. This helps in defining the scope of audits and assigning responsibilities to specific organizational units.

User Roles and Authorizations:Define user roles and permissions within SAP GRC Audit Management. Assign roles such as audit manager, auditor, audit coordinator, etc., based on the responsibilities of each user. Ensure that users have the necessary authorizations to access audit-related functions and data.

Master Data Setup:Set up master data elements such as audit areas, risk libraries, control libraries, audit universe, audit plans, audit programs, etc. Populate these master data objects with relevant information that reflects your organization's audit framework and processes.

Configure Audit Workflows:Design and configure audit workflows that define the sequence of activities, approvals, notifications, and escalations during the audit process. Customize workflows to match your organization's audit methodology, stages, and approval hierarchies.

Integration with Other SAP Modules:If your organization uses other SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC Access Control, etc., configure integration settings to ensure seamless data exchange between SAP GRC Audit Management and other systems. This includes mapping data fields, synchronizing master data, and enabling cross-module reporting.

Reporting and Analytics Setup:Configure reporting tools and analytics functionalities within SAP GRC Audit Management. Define key performance indicators (KPIs), audit metrics, dashboards, and reporting templates to monitor audit progress, findings, compliance status, and risk exposure.

Training and User Adoption:Provide training sessions for audit teams and stakeholders on how to use SAP GRC Audit Management effectively. Educate users on system functionalities, data entry, audit documentation, reporting capabilities, and best practices for audit execution.

Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of the SAP GRC Audit Management setup to validate system configurations, data integrity, workflow logic, integration points, and user access controls. Perform test scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and address any issues or gaps identified during testing.

Go-Live and Support: Once the setup is validated and approved, proceed with the go-live phase where SAP GRC Audit Management becomes operational for conducting audits. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates to ensure the system's optimal performance and alignment with evolving audit requirements.
