Maintenance Operations

• Perform daily mechanical/electrical maintenance tasks across plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
• Support shutdown/turnaround activities as required.

Technical Support

• Inspect machinery, diagnose faults, and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and maintenance records.
• Assist in calibration, alignment, and repair work.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all activities comply with safety and statutory standards.
• Follow SOPs, maintenance checklists, and quality procedures.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with production team for maintenance planning.
• Report daily work progress, material consumption, and man‑hours to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with vendors for spare parts procurement and technical support.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in plant/industrial maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience in:
• Pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors
• Industrial electrical systems
• PLC basics (preferred)
• Ability to work independently under T&M model.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
