Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on SAP SD modules including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Delivery.
- Handle requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Support integration with MM, FI, PP, and other related modules.
- Perform end-to-end documentation including FS, TS, test scripts, and UAT support.
- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support implementation, rollout, and upgrade activities.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure smooth delivery.
⭐ Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years of SAP SD experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing Procedures
- Delivery & Shipping
- Billing & Invoice Processing
- Credit Management
- ATP & Availability Check
- Output Determination
- Experience with integration to SAP MM, FI/CO, and Logistics.
- Hands-on experience in IDocs, Interfaces, and Edi.
- Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Support phases.
- Excellent communication skills in a client-facing environment.
