Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on SAP SD modules including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Delivery.
• Handle requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
• Support integration with MM, FI, PP, and other related modules.
• Perform end-to-end documentation including FS, TS, test scripts, and UAT support.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support implementation, rollout, and upgrade activities.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure smooth delivery.

⭐ Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sales Order Management
• Pricing Procedures
• Delivery & Shipping
• Billing & Invoice Processing
• Credit Management
• ATP & Availability Check
• Output Determination
• Experience with integration to SAP MM, FI/CO, and Logistics.
• Hands-on experience in IDocs, Interfaces, and Edi.
• Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Support phases.
• Excellent communication skills in a client-facing environment.
