We are looking forward to hire Project Management Professionals in the following areas :


• Must have played the role of Service Delivery Manager for at least 5+ years in mid to large SAP AMS engagements.
• At least 10+ years of SAP experience
• Champion in ITIL processes. ITIL certification preferred.
• Good understanding of PMBoK methodology. PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to drive innovation and be a change catalyst.
• Very good communication, interpersonal skills, and people skills the ability to command respect and influence others.
• Good understanding of contractual terms and conditions relevant to AMS engagements.
Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities
• Manage Large SAP AMS / ADM Engagements
• Setting up an offshore delivery center for our esteemed customers
• Monitors Delivery Performance – SLAs, KPIs, trends, and contractual commitments and facilitates corrective/preventive measures
• Drive Continual Service Improvements (CSI)
• Identify systematic delivery issues and recommend solutions, to improve the quality of delivery and customer satisfaction .Drive Innovation
• Report Project Health to the leadership.
• Implement best practices in delivery engagement
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate to get desired outputs
• Collaborate with SEPG (QA Team) related to process compliance and standard requirements.
