We are looking forward to hire ServiceNow Professionals in the following areas :

• ServiceNow Business Analyst:

• Overall 6-8 years of experience in IT and not less than 4 years in ServiceNow with BA expertize

• The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will focus primarily on ServiceNow ITSM ,ITOM,ITAM and SPM Product suits but will also be engaged in other ServiceNow initiatives .

  Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops , Requirements gathering, Customer Demos, suggesting best practices.
• Communication with all the stake holder from Customer as well as developers
• Working with the process team to drive out requirements
• Working within the Engineering team to articulate technical challenges and opportunities.
• ServiceNow ITSM,ITOM, ITAM, SPM,CSM, GRC & Secops and Portal experience and exposure
• A proactive attitude to development and a willingness to be active in the definition of the development with our clients
• The ability to show evidence that you can work with clients, distil requirements, work in partnership with client‘s and engineers to deliver solutions, document and drive signoff
• Responsible for requirement gathering and process documentation on client engagements.\

• Qualifications for ServiceNow business analyst:

• • Excellent management and influencing skills   full understanding and ability to lead on all ITIL processes

• • Able to work independently without significant supervision

  • Highly analytical in your approach

  • Actively manage application specific enhancements / defects as assigned to the BA

• University Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, business or related field with minimum of 5-8 years of IT exp with minimum of 3 years as business analyst.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization (from individual contributor to executive level)
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Support analysis of business processes and provide innovative and scalable solutions to increase operational maturity for client
• Follow-up on outstanding client needs and provide timely status reports to Project Manager and Process Consultant on engagement.
• Builds positive relationships with external clients by providing excellent service/support and consistent communication as appropriate.
• Performs accurate internal operational tasks such as time tracking, expense reporting and knowledge sharing.
