ServiceNow Technical PM + Testing Job

We are looking forward to hire ServiceNow Professionals in the following areas :

• 10-12 years of experience in testing and 3 years of ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB modules in ServiceNow.
• Must have Automation and UFT experience
• Must have project Management Exp to lead a 15 member team in the project
• Must have experience in Automation frameworks development and enhancements
• Experience with Testing of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
• Experience with defect Management tools (HP ALM/JIRA etc)
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Experience in Agile Development/Methodologies.
• Must have good exposure to metrics capturing, report generation and dashboard
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in any application.
• Good oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team focused environment across multiple projects
• Exposer of working with a demanding customer
• Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
• Experience in leading a team
• Good knowledge on excel for comparing huge datasets

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge on VB script and Java script.
• Experience in Building custom components in ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience on ServiceNow Test Management.
• Knowledge/Experience on ServiceNow ATF automation
• Good knowledge on Test Plan, Test Strategy and all the Test metrics.
• Good understanding of risks and Risk based testing.
• Mainline and Micro certifications in ServiceNow is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading a test factory team of ~15 resources
• Demonstrate ServiceNow Depth of Knowledge across the platform including integrations with leading technologies
• Maintain test automation frameworks and develop new test automation libraries using UFT.
• Automate Test Scripts for Functional and Regression Testing based on Requirements from Service Now platform
• Ensure quality of ITOM and CMDB modules.
• Maintain Automation scripts in ALM and execute the scripts in parallel
• Work in Agile development/methodologies, Test Automation and TDD, CI/CD, Devops and Test design techniques.
• Creating Manual and automation test cases for Regression, functional Test cases from requirements.
• Automation Test Analysis and reporting using HP ALM and other required reporting platforms.
• Identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of software quality assurance strategies
• Participates in sizing and estimation activities with the agile team.
• Experience in code reviews and participating in sprint retrospectives.
• Responsible for day-to-day automation activities and reporting the status.
