Sr. Associate-Process Excellence - SQA Job

We are looking forward to hire Sr. SQA Engineers in our Process Excellence Team who thrives on challenges and desire to make a real difference in the business world.

The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex concepts & processes within the team and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve team goals.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:    

• Should have 4-6 yrs of experience in SQA.
• ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000:2018, CMMI

Planned Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the Integrated Quality Management System
• Plan and schedule internal Audits
• Conduct Facilitations, internal Audits, configuration audits, and release audits and publish respective reports
• Analyze internal audit findings on a Quarterly and Yearly basis to identify CAPA.
• Identification of QMS changes / Improvements and incorporate changes to QMS
• Collection and Verification of project metrics on a monthly basis
• Establish PPBs and PPMs at the organizational level by using SQC techniques and Regression models.
• Support Project Managers on Quantitative Project Management
• Participate in Quality Management Reviews
•  Establish project defined processes for projects in-line with client requirements and QMS
• Participate in the project review meetings
• Conduct training and performance workshops at the Organizational level
• Accountable for assigned responsibilities.
