Sr. Business Consultant - Organizational Change Management (OCM) Job

We are looking forward to hire Organizational Change Management (OCM) Professionals in the following areas :

Senior Consultant – WalkMe (SAP S/4HANA Transformation)

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of WalkMe solutions for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Define adoption strategy, integrating WalkMe with training, OCM, and ERP rollout plans.
• Drive client workshops to capture requirements, design user journeys, and align adoption approach.
• Mentor and guide consultants in WalkMe development, best practices, and quality delivery.
• Take ownership of presales activities – contribute to proposals and develop solution storylines.
• Provide adoption insights and recommendations using WalkMe analytics, present to senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital adoption and change management.

Experience & Skills:

• 5–7 years consulting or ERP transformation experience, with at least 4+ years in WalkMe.
• Proven track record of leading WalkMe implementations for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Strong consulting skills – client engagement, stakeholder management, and presales.
• Expertise in training strategy, adoption planning, and OCM frameworks.
• Preferred: Big 4 / SI consulting experience, WalkMe certification, SAP S/4HANA knowledge.

Consultant – WalkMe (SAP S/4HANA Transformation)

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop WalkMe content (Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, etc.) to support SAP S/4HANA adoption.
• Configure, test, and deploy WalkMe solutions aligned to business process requirements.
• Collaborate with ERP and OCM teams to integrate WalkMe into training and adoption plans.
• Perform user testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure WalkMe solutions deliver expected outcomes.
• Support client workshops and assist in presales demos under guidance of senior team members.
• Use WalkMe analytics to generate basic insights and adoption reports.

Experience & Skills:

• 4-5 years’ experience with WalkMe or other digital adoption platforms.
• Hands-on experience in WalkMe development for ERP/SAP projects.
• Exposure to training and change management activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
