We are looking forward to hire Dynamics 365 Professionals in the following areas :

 

We are looking for an experienced POS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail) to support implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of in‑store POS solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support D365 Commerce POS (MPOS/CPOS), Hardware Station, and Commerce Scale Unit.
  • Develop POS extensions using TypeScript/JavaScript (CPOS) and C#/.NET (MPOS/CRT).
  • Integrate POS with payment systems, loyalty platforms, and third-party retail applications.
  • Troubleshoot POS performance, sync issues, and hardware integration problems.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and deliver technical documentation.

 

Required Skills

  • Should have 4-5 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Strong knowledge of POS customization, CRT, and channel components.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, SQL Server.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and LCS.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

 

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Commerce.
  • Experience with fiscal integration and eCommerce components.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
