Looking for sr.consultant in SAP S/4 HCM Payroll with minimum 8-10 years of experience

Should have mandatory experience in working payroll with UAE,KSA,Kuwait,Egypt,Oman countries
Should have good knowledge  with payroll integration process and Worked on month end activities 
Exposure to Cloud ALM 
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes
Payroll schemas, rules, and operations
Gross‑to‑net calculations
Payroll control record
Payroll posting to Finance (FI)
Statutory reporting and compliance
Regular legal updates and configuration changesUse of SAP Fiori apps for payroll and HR processes
Payroll‑related analytics and reports
Awareness of SAP HANA performance optimizations
Time Management IntegrationIntegration with S/4HANA FinancePayroll posting to Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
Cost center, profit center, and GL integration
Posting simulation and reconciliationConfiguration & Customization SkillsPayroll schemas (copy and modify)
Personnel calculation rules (PCRs)
Wage types creation and valuation
Pay scale configuration
Retroactive accounting
Off‑cycle payroll setup
BAdIs and user exits (functional awareness)Data Migration & Transformation SkillsPayroll data migration from ECC to S/4HANA
Understanding of SAP Migration Cockpit
Data consistency and reconciliation
Payroll test cycles and parallel runs
Cutover planning and validation
We are flexible with contractors as well but preference is for FTE
