Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on Reports, ALE, IDocs, OData services, and SAP system integrations. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom reports using ABAP (Classical, Interactive, ALV).
• Design and implement ALE/IDoc configurations for data exchange between SAP and external systems.
• Build and expose OData services for SAP Fiori and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work on SAP integrations with third-party systems using various protocols (RFC, BAPI, REST, SOAP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IDocs, data transfer, and system interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of existing programs.
• Provide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ABAP development including Reports, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
• Proficient in ALE/IDoc configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OData service creation and consumption.
• Solid understanding of SAP integration techniques (PI/PO, CPI, API Management is a plus).
• Good understanding of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, or others is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP Certification in ABAP or Integration technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
