Job Title: SAP CRM Technical Consultant - AMS Project (Technical & UI Specialist)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant with expertise in both technical and UI (User Interface) aspects to join our AMS project team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0 and a strong understanding of Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS (Email Response Management System).

Key Responsibilities:

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 - 7  years of experience as an SAP CRM Technical Consultant with a focus on both technical and UI aspects.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0, including Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS.
  • Strong UI/UX design and development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP certification in CRM.
  • Experience with SAP UI technologies (e.g., SAPUI5, Fiori).
  • Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).

  • SAP CRM Implementation and Support:
    • Lead the technical implementation and support of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0 modules within the AMS framework.
    • Develop and customize SAP CRM solutions to meet ongoing business requirements.
    • Provide continuous technical support and maintenance for SAP CRM projects, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • UI Design and Development:
    • Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for SAP CRM applications.
    • Ensure the UI design aligns with user experience (UX) best practices and business requirements.
    • Develop custom UI components and enhancements using SAP UI technologies (e.g., SAPUI5, Fiori).
  • Activity Management:
    • Design and implement technical and UI solutions for activity management processes within SAP CRM.
    • Ensure efficient tracking and management of customer interactions and activities through technical enhancements and intuitive UI designs.
    • Develop and maintain technical and UI reports and dashboards for activity management.
  • Marketing:
    • Configure and manage the technical and UI aspects of marketing campaigns within SAP CRM.
    • Develop technical and UI solutions to analyze marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to align CRM technical and UI strategies with business goals.
  • Service:
    • Implement and support the technical and UI aspects of the SAP CRM Service module.
    • Manage technical and UI configurations for service requests, service contracts, and service orders.
    • Ensure timely resolution of technical and UI-related issues in customer service and enhance service delivery.
  • ERMS (Email Response Management System):
    • Configure and manage the technical and UI components of ERMS within SAP CRM.
    • Automate email response processes through technical solutions and intuitive UI designs to improve customer communication.
    • Monitor and analyze technical and UI metrics related to email response efficiency.
