Our SAP Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned SAP FICO professionals with hands-on experience in S4 HANA implementation.


The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyze technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.


You are required to have skills in the following areas ;


• 7 to 10 yrs of SAP FICO experience in ECC /S4H and should have done either  1-3 ECC E2E and 2 S4H  E2E Implementation / Conversion - Upgrade Project
*ECC with FI and CO without product costing and COPA to work on Rollouts and supports

• Good Knowledge in Conversion - Pre-Migration and Post Migration Activities
• Good understanding of end to end process with dependencies
• Process experience include:
                      •  Master Data:  GL Master, Profit Center, Business Partner (Customer / Vendor / Bank), Cost Center, Internal Order
•  Configuration: Organization Structure, General Ledger, House Bank, Payment Terms, Payment methods, Manual and Automatic Payment
Program, Dunning , Foreign Currency Revaluation, Intercompany Process, Intercompany STO,  Report Painter and Writer, Sales Tax and Purchase Tax, Withholding Tax, Asset Accounting Organizational Structure,  Chart of Depreciation, CWIP / WIP, Asset Migration, FSCM, Project Systems, Cost Center Planning, Cost Center Budgeting,  Internal Order Planning, Commitment & Budgeting, Assessment & Distribution, ML Activation, Product Costing with minimum 2 scenarios, COGS Split, Account based COPA, Costing based COPA, Closing Operations, S4 Capabilities, Extension Ledgers, Predictive Analysis, Fiori, Embedded Analytics-Reporting, Group Reporting, Interfaces, Idocs, Function Modules, Validations and SubstitutionsLeading team and guidance, Banking interfaces with different file formats, Activate Methodology, Agile Methodology Testing, Preparation of Documentation, Data load using LSMW/Custom programs, Test script creation, execution.
                      •  Integration with other Modules: FI-MM + FI-SD
                      •  EDI - IDOC's & ALE: Support
                      •  Support for Integration with: SAP products -- APO - IBP - GTS - ARIBA  etc..
                      •  Support for Integration with: 3rd Party legacy System - WH Mgt Systems - SalesForce / CRM - any others
Additional skills: Integration / data flows to CO from FI, Idocs Monitoring etc..
Add-on skills: Collaborating with Functional team - (Offhore / Onsite Model), assisst in Implementation Planning,  Alert Management & Syncronization
                          with Customer's priority, handling the support issues independently/in-sync with Lead, Change Request - Effort estimation, execution & closure. 
                          Functional risk Identification and suggesting mitigation plan etc..                                        
S4HANA  knowledge includes:
                •  Activate Methodolgy - using Best practise - Gap identification - E2E Design conceptualization - configure & develop solutions
                      •  Business Partner: Conversion of Customer/Vendor - CVI integration - Role Application etc..
                      •  New S4H Feature (Pricing - ATP - Backorder process - Batch Mgt - BRF+), etc.
                      •  New S4H Feature's for 3PL Integration (Salesforce) etc..
                      •  Should have deep understanding of:
                             •  Fiori Apps: Identify SAP std avlb - Dev. of Custom Tiles - Analytical apps.
                             •  Fiori: Activation required apps on Fiori launchpad. Deep understanding on backend and frontend Fiori roles and data services
                             •  Fiori: Work on CDS views (Master data and Transactional) for S/4HANA Embedded Operational Analytics.

•  Should be able to Guide and Transform Customers on the S/4 HANA conversion / processes
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with internal and Customer stakeholders
• Excellent communication, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
