We are looking forward to hire SAP Financial Accounting Professionals in the following areas :
Key Responsibilities
SAP FICO Implementation & Support
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
- Design and configure financial processes aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
- Develop financial reporting structures, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders
- Implement and optimize integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS)
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for Finance master data objects (G/L accounts, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, WBS elements)
- Configure MDG workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Establish data quality frameworks and governance policies
- Lead data migration and consolidation activities
- Implement MDG integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
Business Process Optimization
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
- Lead process harmonization and standardization initiatives across the organization
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO and MDG best practices
- Manage relationships with SAP and third-party vendors
Project Leadership
- Lead multiple concurrent SAP projects from planning through execution
- Mentor junior consultants and team members
- Prepare project documentation including blueprints, configuration guides, and test scripts
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules
- 3+ years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Minimum 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and customization
- Strong expertise in SAP MDG architecture, data modeling, and workflow configuration
- Proficiency in New G/L, Document Splitting, and Parallel Accounting
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Fiori (plus)
- Understanding of integration technologies (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, Web Services)
Functional Knowledge
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Knowledge of intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes
- Understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities
- Client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills
