Here is Job Description for SAP SD for Ecobat client.

• Experience: 8–10 years in SAP SD, with strong expertise in S/4 HANA
• Client Exposure: Prior experience in US client-facing roles
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves frequent interaction with global stakeholders, primarily in the US region

SD Business Processes

1. Sales Order Management: This involves creating sales orders, checking product availability, pricing, and scheduling deliveries.
2. Shipping: Includes picking, packing, and staging of goods for delivery.
3. Billing: Involves generating invoices based on sales orders and deliveries.
4. Credit Management: Ensures credit limits are enforced before processing orders.
5. Customer Service: Handling of inquiries, returns, and complaints.
6. Master Data: Maintaining customer and material master data.

SD Configuration

1. Organizational Structures: Defining sales organizations, distribution channels, and divisions.
2. Sales Document Types: Configuring order types (e.g., standard orders, rush orders).
3. Pricing: Setting up pricing procedures, conditions, and determination rules.
4. Shipping: Configuring delivery types, picking and packing processes.
5. Billing: Defining billing types, invoice lists, account determination.
6. Output Determination: Configuring forms and communication methods for outputs like invoices and order confirmations
