Sr. Program Manager - Security Management Job

Role Summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a complex, multi-product Cyber Resilience Act security engineering program for Copeland’s Marine product portfolio.

The Program Manager will provide integrated governance across six concurrent product workstreams—RMM-X, RMM-W, RPM, REFCON Hub and Mobile, Powerline, and Controller MP4/5—delivered by a 16-member engineering team over a 12-month period.

The role is accountable for establishing and maintaining the integrated program plan, coordinating cross-product dependencies, managing scope and commercial commitments, tracking engineering deliverables, governing risks and decisions, and ensuring timely progression through discovery, architecture, implementation, integration, verification, release and handover.

The Program Manager will work closely with Copeland product owners, engineering teams, security architects, quality teams, compliance stakeholders, third-party suppliers and YASH delivery leadership. Copeland will retain product ownership, technical architecture approval, release approval and final regulatory accountability.                                    

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning and Governance

• Develop and maintain the integrated 12-month program plan covering all six product workstreams.
• Translate contractual scope and product requirements into workstream plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
• Establish an integrated work breakdown structure with product-level activities, resource allocation and delivery ownership.
• Define and govern the program’s delivery lifecycle across discovery, strategy, architecture, implementation, integration, verification, release and handover.
• Establish weekly delivery reviews, technical governance forums, monthly steering meetings and milestone-gate reviews.
• Maintain an integrated program dashboard covering scope, schedule, staffing, deliverables, defects, risks, dependencies, decisions and financial status.
• Coordinate the formal Month 4 product strategy and scope-baseline approval gate.
• Ensure that product-specific plans remain aligned with the overall program timeline and commercial baseline.

Customer and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary program-management interface between YASH and Copeland.
• Coordinate with Copeland product owners, engineering leads, security architects, QA teams, compliance teams, manufacturing stakeholders and release-management teams.
• Facilitate executive and steering-committee reviews with clear reporting on progress, achievements, risks and decisions required.
• Ensure that customer decisions, technical inputs, approvals and dependencies are identified and tracked to closure.
• Coordinate technical and delivery discussions without replacing Copeland’s product ownership or architecture authority.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, priorities, schedule, resource capacity and acceptance.
• Escalate unresolved dependencies or delayed decisions before they affect critical milestones.
