Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager – AI with 12+ years of experience in leading complex technology projects, including at least 3–5 years in AI/ML domains. This role will drive strategic AI initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define project scope, goals, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners as needed.
• Identify opportunities to scale AI solutions and optimize project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall experience in project management, with a strong track record in delivering technology projects.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing AI/ML or data science projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI services.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and data engineering workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals.
