We are looking forward to hire PMO - SAP Professionals in the following areas :

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 8-10 Years Professional SAP experience
  • Proven experience in SAP service delivery or SAP project management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA) and integration points.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Role / Responsibilities

  • Experience in leading both SAP AMS and SAP project engagements with a team of 20+ FTE.  
  • Should have led at least multiple ECC and S4 rollouts and implementations. Good knowledge of the latest SAP landscape across S4 RISE, BTP and the latest SAP technology stack.
  • Deep knowledge in a couple of SAP modules and overall knowledge across the SAP landscape.
  • Hands-on Experience in presales of SAP RFP including, solutions, estimations, proposal preparation, and customer defense presentations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication. Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-facing experience, Problem management, and deep process knowledge both in AMS and development projects.
  • Experience in automation, driving new initiatives like the latest technology adoption, and customer consulting experience is desired.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP services across modules (S/4HANA, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for business units regarding SAP service delivery.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings and provide performance reports.
  • Coordinate with SAP support partners and third-party vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee incident resolution and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance user experience and system reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and risk assessments.
