Zoho Developer L2 – Job Description

Role Purpose

Zoho Developer L2 will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of solutions across the entire Zoho suite applications.

Core Technical Responsibilities

• Customization and Development of solutions within Zoho suite applications (CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutIQ and other Zoho suite tools to meet specific business needs.
  
  
• Deluge Scripting and Automation: Write and optimize complex Deluge scripts, custom functions, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance functionality.
  
  
• System Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and other web services.
  
  
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, map process flows, and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  
  
• Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics, as well as develop technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions. 
  
  

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in Deluge scripting is essential.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Certifications:  Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer) is preferred.
