Sr. Active Directory Architect on AWS Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Senior Active Directory Architect specialized in AWS Cloud to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise Active Directory infrastructure within AWS. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep technical expertise in Active Directory, and IAM solutions to support robust, scalable, and secure identity management.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, implement, and maintain highly available and secure Active Directory environments on AWS.
  • Develop robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies integrating Active Directory with AWS services.
  • Plan, execute, and manage Active Directory migrations, consolidations, and integrations within AWS environments.
  • Design and deploy AWS Managed Microsoft AD and AD Connector to meet enterprise authentication and authorization requirements.
  • Implement secure solutions using AWS Directory Services, Azure AD Connect, AWS SSO, and third-party integrations.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in designing and managing enterprise-level Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Expert-level knowledge in AWS Cloud services, particularly AWS Directory Service, AWS Managed Microsoft AD, AWS IAM, AWS SSO, and AWS Cloud Security.
  • Proven experience integrating Active Directory with AWS environments, Azure AD, and other cloud-based identity solutions.
  • Strong expertise in AD Federation Services (ADFS), LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Solid understanding of network concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN) and security best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
