We are looking forward to hire ServiceNow Professionals in the following areas :

 

ServiceNow Technology Lead with 6+ years of IT and 4+ years into ServiceNow with strong implementation skills with the ServiceNow platform as well as the ability to support, guide, train and manage a team of other ServiceNow consultants. The ServiceNow Technical Lead Consultant role will work closely with our external clients and internal technology project teams to achieve outcomes within the Agile Methodology.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gathers and documents user and process requirements, functional requirements, and develops technical requirements.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision, serves as a mentor to team members and leads a team of ServiceNow Consultants who works on implementation, administration and support engagements
  • Hands on development of ServiceNow platform
  • Lead the team on performing changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation content, Integrations, Data migrations, Reports & Dashboards and modifications to existing workflows
  • Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow
  • Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Perform ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients leverage of the latest releases of the ServiceNow application ensuring implementation occurs in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to client IT operations
  • Collaborates with other IT functions to design solutions for complex problems and understands end-to-end business processes.
  • Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data.
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.
  • Identify and mitigate development and technical risks while also contributing to the Agile process by providing research, design ideas, ServiceNow best practices and contributions to the development.
  • Identify resources required for tasks.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
  • Document solutions which you have created in a way that Clients can easily understand

 

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field      
  • Overall 6+ years of experience in to IT industry, at least 4+ years into ServiceNow administration, development & implementations
  • Proven experience in leading ServiceNow projects and offshore teams (3-5 resources)
  • Proven experience in conducting “requirements gathering” workshop sessions for ServiceNow projects
  • Experience in ServiceNow Platform and modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management , Integrations, Service Portal and Workflows
  • Nice to have experience in other modules like SPM, ITAM, GRC and HRSD etc.
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Experience with User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Glide Application Program Interface (API) stack, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAM
  • Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications.
  • Ability to work on multiple engagements at the same time

 

Certifications

 

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a must
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/PPM) is a must
  • ITIL V3 foundation – is a must
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – good to have
