We are looking forward to hire SharePoint Administration Professionals in the following areas :

 

Experience Range: 8 - 10 years

 

General

Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to develop and manage all three areas using standard Microsoft interfaces/applications – we do not have or use any third-party development tools for SharePoint, Power Apps or Power Automate currently.

 

SharePoint Administrator:

Building out the SharePoint platform (sites, pages, lists, document libraries), integrating applications, and creating libraries. Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions. Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions. Providing SharePoint support and end-user training. Performing data retrieval when requested to prevent data loss. Performing clean-ups and archiving data. Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experience. Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, and Office 365.

 

Power Automate Developer:

Design and develop complex automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft products such as Power Apps, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Power BI. Maintain and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure smooth operation. Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate functionalities. Create and maintain documentation for developed workflows and processes. Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.

 

Power Apps Developer:

Develop applications with Microsoft Power Apps to meet business requirements and streamline processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional solutions. Design, test, and deploy applications incorporating user interfaces, workflows, and data integrations. Ensure applications are efficient, scalable, and offer a user-friendly experience. Maintain, update, and support Power Apps applications to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps applications and integrations. Document application development processes, including design specifications and user guides. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for Microsoft Power Apps to improve application quality continuously. Prior experience in application development, with at least 3 years of professional focus on Microsoft Power Apps. Proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate. Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration. Familiarity with custom connectors and APIs for integrating external data sources into Power Apps. Knowledge of best practices for app performance optimization and security within the Power Apps platform.
