Job Description

1. Strong working experience in Design and development of Snowflake data platform, Medallion architecture & Data Modelling.

2. Minimum 5+years of experience in Snowflake, and ability to develop reusable components and Stored procedures.

3. Must have hands on experience in any of the cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

4. Strong knowledge in building ETL Pipelines with scalability, Data quality measurement & Data Profiling.

5. Ability to deliver the customer requirements and business needs · Ensure compliance with the latest data standards supported by the Organization.

6. Good communication and stakeholders Management.

7. Lead a team/ work on an individual contribution role to deliver the expected business results.

8. Build, test, and maintain database pipeline architectures and collaborate with management to understand company objectives.

9. Work closely with business and dev teams to translate the business/functional requirements into technical specifications that drive Big Data solutions to meet functional requirements.

   Responsibilities:

   1. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms on Snowflake.
   2. Architect and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for modern data Lake solutions
   3. Design and maintain enterprise Data Vault 2.0 models, including Hubs, Links, Satellites, and Business Vault components
   4. Define data standards, modelling guidelines, and governance frameworks
   5. Design and develop Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, tasks, streams, and stored procedures.
   6. Optimize Snowflake workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
   7. Configure role-based access control (RBAC), masking policies, and data governance controls
   8. Must have working experience on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and Python knowledge is preferable
   9. Must have working experience in building ETL Pipelines, Data Quality frameworks, Job Orchestrations and Effective Job monitoring Techniques
   10. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
   11. Lead technical design sessions, solution reviews, and production support activities.
   12. Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted engineering platforms to improve development efficiency.
   13. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks including code generation, documentation, testing, data quality checks, and operational support.
