Job Description

  • Lead the team in implementation and rollouts projects
  • Create knowledge base documents for RPA projects
  • Provide solutions to customers based on project analysis
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and workshops
  • Define project scope, content, and goals
  • Deliver customer requirements with agreed OLA and SLA
  • Keep stakeholders and project documentation up-to-date
  • Plan customer enablement
  • Define the scope, content and goals of the project
  • Create packages for specific use case by adopting best practices
  • Exception and error handling, coding standards, Unit test case preparation and execution
  • Provide support to team members on project deliverables.

Required Technical Competencies

Application Design:

  • Ability to design applications and database (create high level or low-level design) using the right design patterns as required, that address functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to decide on document templates, standards and best practices and tools and frameworks to be used

Architecture tools and frameworks:    

  • Familiarity with industry tools and frameworks and ability to analyse and use them based on customer requirements.
  • Work with SMEs to explore new tools and frameworks for implementation

Customer Management:

  • Has working knowledge of customer's business domain and technology suite.
  • Use latest technology, proactively suggest solutions to increase business, and understand customer's business.

Domain/ Industry Knowledge:

  • Hands-on knowledge of relevant technology platforms/products.
  • Ability to prepare process maps, workflows, and business cases with application of industry standards and practices
  • Creation of medium to complex business models.

Estimation and Resource Planning:         

  • Identify and assign the resources required to complete the task.
  • Use appropriate estimation models based on the project scope for medium-high complexity scenarios.
  • Track and report gaps between budgeted and actual spend.

Project Management:

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of project management process, tools, and templates, such as risk management, project tracking tools, project management methodologies, scope management, test management, and quality assurance. 
  • Execute medium projects effectively, create and review milestone/metric reports, project status, and closure reports, create continuous quality improvement plan, and provide inputs for organization-wide process assets.  
  • Create master project plan, work break down plan, resource plan, training plan for associates based on project need etc.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:   

  • Extract functional and non-functional requirements for medium to complex scenarios.
  • Analyse impact of changes, identify dependencies and transition requirements

Technology/Product Knowledge:

  • Understand technology landscape in customer organization, product roadmap, product strategy, product architecture, broad level features offered by competitors and key differentiators in our products
  • Can review the customizations carried out to the base product and apply the best practices in own area of work

Solution Design:

  • Understand and design processes, translating key business drivers into solution building blocks and designing a modular, flexible solution that meets business requirements.
  • Create diagrams and specifications, design application behaviour and business rules, and provide input for technical design.
  • Create solution options based on research of system capabilities, standard processes, and high-performing companies.
  • Coordinate process playbacks and prototype reviews with business owners and internal teams and configure packaged and custom applications to realize business solutions.

Service Support and Maintenance:

  • Plan and manage transition activities related to their own projects
  • Provide inputs for release management (planning and execution)
  • Comply with SLA commitments and prepare reports
