Job Description

• Create Cloud Webapps with some guidance.
• Monitor cloud VMs and services for uptime
• Document basic cloud configurations and IAM setups
• Create and configure Virtual Machines (VMs) in Cloud Platform with some support.
• Awareness of Cloud Computing, including MS Azure, AWS, GCP, and associated subscriptions to support the projects.
• Fundamental understanding of IT Cloud Infrastructure.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Operations Management including Monitoring and Logging:

• Basic knowledge of infra & application operations including monitoring, logging and reporting through dashboards and automation principles and frameworks for monitoring and logging solutions.
• Able to install and implement monitoring and logging solutions using different tools under supervision of SME and create monitoring dashboards for infrastructure components and applications.

Incident/ Request Management:

• Demonstrates basic knowledge of MS Excel (Graphs/creating/modifying) and the Incident Management Process/lifecycle.
• Able to create incidents if needed and perform incident ticket validation for proper information.                                   

Knowledge Management:

• Basic knowledge of Knowledge Management principles and practices.
• Able to work with basic terminology, tools, and techniques used in Knowledge Management.

Platform/ Technology Knowledge:

• Awareness of technology product/platform standards and specifications.
• Implement code or configure/customize products with assistance from SME.
• Create code that adheres to the low-level design and requirements and independently work on simple modules.
