Job Description

  • Perform as an individual contributor with fair degree of accountability with minimum assistance.
  • Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
  • Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
  • Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organization guidelines.
  • Participate in all nominated trainings and proactively work on self-improvement and development.
  • Willingness to travel as per the business requirements.
  • Work in various shifts to meet project needs.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Projects Documentation:

  • Has basic knowledge of Documentation involved in projects like BBP and Solution Design, FS, Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
  • Able to build into required project documentation.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Basic knowledge of management processes and tools requirement analysis process, tools and methodologies.
  • Able to extract functional and non-functional requirements and document a system/software specification for low to medium complexity scenarios.

Customer Management:

  • Has basic knowledge of customers' business domain and technology suite. 
  • Can use latest technology and handle customer escalations.

Test Management:

  • Perform unit testing and comparison testing for rehosting, report testing status, document defects identified and perform the defect fix.
  • Create test cases, test scenarios & test data and execute automation test scripts/manual test cases as per the test plan and record findings.
  • Execute DIT Test Cases against the baseline code provided.
