Key Responsibilities of an SAP PM Trainee:

• Learning and Understanding:

  • Gaining knowledge of SAP PM modules and their functionalities. 
  • Understanding business processes supported by SAP PM, such as maintenance planning, work orders, and equipment management. 
  • Learning about SAP PM configurations, customization, and testing. 

• Assisting with Implementation and Support:

  • Participating in project documentation, including functional designs, test cases, and results. 
  • Assisting with the configuration of SAP PM modules, including organizational master data (e.g., work centers, maintenance plans). 
  • Supporting end-users with inquiries and troubleshooting. 

• Training and Development:

  • Attending training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. 
  • Participating in self-improvement initiatives and proactively seeking opportunities to learn. 

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Preparing documentation for projects, such as solution designs, functional specifications, and test scripts. 
  • Recording and reporting on testing results and identifying defects. 

• Other Tasks:

  • May assist with data migration, system integration, and user training. 
  • May participate in the development of custom reports or functionalities.
