Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Recent B.Tech/B.E. passout with a clean academic track record.
• Logic: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Basics: Foundational knowledge of databases, operating systems, and basic IT security.
• Attitude: High learnability, attention to detail, and interest in corporate compliance.
• Pluses: Any basic exposure to ERP/SAP concepts or strong proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete intensive training on SAP Security architecture, role maintenance, and GRC modules.
• Assist in daily operations like user management, password resets, and user ID locking/unlocking.
• Support senior team members in provisioning user roles and adjusting system authorizations.
• Learn to identity access risks and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices.
• Help compile compliance documentation, system health checks, and data for audit reports.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical notes and support documentation.
