Job Description
- Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in open-source information gathering, digital monitoring, or a related field. The ideal candidate is highly proficient across major social media platforms and has a strong awareness of current digital trends, content formats, and evolving information tactics. They should be comfortable working with both free and paid tools for social listening, data collection, and analysis, and demonstrate a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to gathering and structuring information. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- At an advanced level, this role contributes to the development and continuous improvement of CNH’s information-gathering capabilities. This includes helping design and operationalize an integrated intelligence stack that supports a “defense-in-depth” approach to narrative risk management—combining monitoring, analysis, alerting, and response workflows. The analyst will also support process improvement efforts, contribute to building scalable methodologies, and help mature CNH’s overall risk communications posture through lessons learned and best practices.
- This position is well-suited for a curious, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by understanding the “why” behind online narratives. The OSINT Analyst is both a collector and an enabler—ensuring that CNH has the visibility, context, and tools needed to protect its reputation and engage effectively in the information domain.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
Content creation:
- Develops compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences
- Develops high quality thought leadership including blogs, whitepapers, PoVs etc.
- Can adapt content to different channels and formats, using techniques such as storytelling, visual design, and multimedia production.
Corporate Branding:
- Implements corporate branding strategies across various channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Coordinates with design teams to develop branded content.
- Develops and manages the organization's brand identity across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Measures and analyzes brand performance using key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, brand perception, and brand loyalty.)
Digital marketing:
- Good understanding of organization's overall business strategy, including its vision, mission, and objectives.
- Thorough awareness and understanding of B2B ecosystem (services, solutions, platforms, etc.)
- Develops and executes effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, owned, and earned media.)
- Track and analyze campaign performance using standard metrics(CTR, conversion rates, and ROI).
Market research and analysis:
- Conducts comprehensive market research, using advanced research methodologies such as conjoint analysis, regression analysis, and cluster analysis.
- Able to generate actionable insights that inform marketing decisions.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develops, strategize and executes social media campaigns, engaging with followers and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Creates post content, plan the calendar and schedules posts.
Field Marketing:
- Understands the basics of field marketing, including event coordination and on-site logistics. Learns to create simple promotional materials for events; understanding of the Lead to Closure cycle.
- Able to conduct basic prospecting activities using standard tools and techniques. Begins to grasp sales processes and manages relationships with sales/support groups at a basic level.
Marketing Automation:
- Understands the basics of marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Learns to set up simple automated workflows and email campaigns.
SEO:
- Understands basic keyword research concepts such as search volume, competition, and relevance.
- Can conduct basic research using standard tools and techniques.
Service Line Marketing:
- Understand the basics of service line marketing for technologies (i.e. SAP, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, etc.) Knows positioning, messaging, and basic market analysis.
- Learns to create various marketing materials. Can grasp Lead to Closure Cycle. Understands sales processes and manages relationships with sales/support groups.
